No, we are unable to ship your order to a Name or Address not confirmed by Paypal. 

Due to the high levels of fraud in online credit card transactions, it is our policy to 

only ship to addresses that have been confirmed by PayPal. 

PayPal will insure any transaction where they have first confirmed the buyers 

address, thus giving both us and you additional security.  In order to ensure the 

security of your payment, we would ask you to confirm your PayPal address so 

that we may ship your order.  You can do this easily by registering your credit card 

with them.  You will find more details on how to do this in the PayPal help centre.
