Yes, you have to send it back to our local service center (if it is available in your country such as UK or AU). It cost somethinglike GBP5.00 / AU$9.00 to send the item via courier. Please insure the shipment as we do not cover lost in transit for returning the item. If it is not a manufacturer defects, labour and part charges are levy to buyer.
For customers from countries that we do not have a service provider. You will have to return the item back to us via our RMA instructed Fedex. It normally cost US$20.00 to do so. See What if the products broke down due to my personal capacity?
