Customer who intend to cancel the order before making any payment, can let us know via email.

 For customer who have paid for the order and wanted to cancel, please do so within 12 hours. Or else, our shipping department will arrange for the shipment to be ship out.

If so, customer would need to pay us a restocking fee of 20% from the total item.
