Do you give a full refund on items returned by my customer?

All goods sold are non refundable nor returnable. As you are aware that Dropshippernetwork is a wholesale store and we are selling the product at a small profit margin. Thus, we will not be able to provide any refund if you decided to cancel the order.

However, we may approve refund for certain order (refund value is subject to our final approval) if it falls under the following scenario:

1. Order has been placed on back to back basis and the goods have not been ordered by Dropshippernetwork. We will be able to cancel the order but there will be a cancellation charge of USD10 per order as the administration fee

2. Order has been placed and ready to be shipped by Dropshippernetwork but has not been picked up by the courier company. We do allow cancellation for such order but there will be restocking fee of 25% (which is subject to our final approval on case to case basis). The restocking fee is for us to resell the product at lower than market value so that it can be sold as soon as possible.

If you do not wish to pay for the restocking fee, you may request the item to be shipped direct to you or to another customer. In this case, there wont be any cancellation fee charged.

3. Order that has been processed and in the process of delivery to your customer, we may request the courier company to return the shipment but the outcome is very much depending on whether they could retrieve the item successfully. If we are able to return the shipment back to our warehouse, there will be a 2 ways shipping cost to be charged, as well as the restocking fee of 25% depending on the condition of the items.

We will not be able to refund or recall the shipment if the shipment has been delivered, you may have to deal directly with your customer if you have problem with the order.
