Statistically, warranty claims are rare since we do a detailed QC check before we ship out the phones. The cost of shipment are normally bear by resellers. As you can see, a trust has been established between resellers and us. Resellers only needs to send back the defective parts for repair using EMS or Registered Airmail which is about half the cost of courier service. However, for shipment back to Malaysia, you need to use our Fedex account if you are sending back mobile phone due to the custom regulation over here. The shipping cost vary from USD25-40 depending on the country of origin.
