Can I change the shipping address after the orders have been processed?

Once orders have been processed, we are not able to change the shipping address especially for shipment via EMS. But, under rare circumstances such as fraud case, you can email to us if you wish to change the shipping address, we will try our best to assist you on this. Kindly note that there will be a surcharge of US$10-US$20 for change of shipping address.
