I have made payment few days ago but still have not received a tracking # for my orders, what should I do?

Under normal circumstances, your orders are shipped out within 48 hours / 2 working days, it takes another 3 working days to reach your customers at most. If the coordinations are good, your orders will reach customers in 4-5 days only. However, there are instances where the orders will be delayed, these will then be classified as back orders which take another few days to process. Please take note of the following scenarios which we might take more than 2 days to process your orders:

1. If the items are pre-ordered items such as high end camera, lens and etc, the order processing time is 2-4 working days as we may not keep stocks for those pre-ordered items. 

2. If the stocks that you ordered are suddenly out of stock, then we will take 2-3 working days to continue sourcing and ship out as soon as the stocks arrive. 

3. If your payment arrived more than 1-2 weeks after you have placed orders, this would mean the stocks may not be available anymore or price would have changed. Thus, you would need to advise our support team to cancel the order and place a new one, this may delay the order processing timeframe in view of such changes.

4. If you are paying via moneybookers but did not submit to us the moneybookers authorisation form as well as the verification documents, we will have to wait for the complete submission of your documentations, thus this may delay the order processing timeframe. 

5. If your payment arrived on time but it is not sufficient due to omission of transaction fee (for moneybookers payment) or shortage due to wrong currency conversion by yourself, then we will require you to top up the difference thus may delay the order processing timeframe.

To minimise the stock shortage issues, we would advise you to paid for the product in advance before you sell them. 

Tracking # will be updated within 3 days after your payment has been cleared and our support team will inform you via email if there is any delay on processing your orders. If you did not receive the tracking after 3 days from the date of payment and there is no email informing you about the delay, please contact us for further assistance.
