All orders are processed through our online database of which you can access to it anywhere and anytime. All our customers have access to their individual information pertaining to their customers orders and status. You will be required to create a Reseller Login account. Each time you would like to retrieve information concerning a previous order, you can login to your Reseller Account to access this information.
The order process for dropshipping is as below:
1. Login to your account using your registered user name and password
2. Select the products and additional accessories
3. Complete your customer shipping info (in the shipping details section) to obtain shipping rates
4. Select additional options such as memory module, warranty option, shipping insurance and other accessories
5. Once completed, click Submit Order and proceed to make payment to us using your preferred mode of payment. Please make payment according to the currency stated in the invoice depending on your country of origin.
6. Once payment is received, we will process your order to your customer directly via local express courier / fedex / UPS / DHL within 1-2 days.
7. We will update the order as Processed when it is shipped together with the tracking no, you shall receive an email notification on the order status and tracking no. Alternatively, you can login to check the order status & tracking online.
8. Finally, you can print Invoice from your account online for your safe-keeping.
