If you have any special request when ordering, please include your remark in the order note column so that our shipping dept will process your orders accordingly. However, please take note that we may not be able to fulfill all requests as it will depend on the extend of the requests as well as our ability to fulfill them.

Below are a few scenarios that your special order request that we may not fulfill:

• Specific color preference: If you order any available colors for the particular items but you requested a specific color in the order note. We may not fulfill them as the color you requested may not be  available at the time of orders. Thus, it would be advisable not to request for specific colors if you are well aware that such color have been disabled from our website.
• Memory card option: As you know the memory card option are made up of a few brand of memory card of similar value, if you request for the specific brand, it may not be available thus delaying processing your order. Thus, it is advisable not to request for the specific brand when ordering.
• Keypad option: Some customer may request to have full english keypad and etc when ordering, please note we will try our best to fulfill but it cant be guaranteed as the availability of such request is highly depending on stock.
• Language option: If you need special languages which is not English, please note that there will extra charges involved (USD10-20) which is depending on the availability of the software. 

In general, we will do our best to fulfill your request but it will be done on best effort basis since it will be dependable on the availability of our resources.
