This will depend on the category of reseller you are belong to as well as which country you are currently located. Kindly read on to find out how you should pay for your orders:

Type of Resellers:

1. Basic Reseller: Normally, basic resellers pay us once they have made an order through our website via any one of the payment method (ie. direct deposit to our local bank account , wire transfer, moneybookers , credit card through moneybookers & etc). These orders will be processed only when payment has been received.

2. Premier Reseller: Premier resellers will normally place a deposit with us so that we could process their orders as soon as orders are received via email without having to wait for payment to arrive. You can find out more info about our Premier Reseller Account here.

 
Recommended Payment Methods Based on Location of Resellers:

1. Resellers from Australia, Singapore & Malaysia

We would highly recommend you to make payment via local bank transfer to our local bank account in Australia, Malaysia and Singapore. This is the cheapest and fastest mode of payment as there is no transaction fee involved and clearance is within 1-2 working days. Please email us the receipt once you have paid so that we are aware of your payment.

2. Resellers from UK, EU, US and other countries

We would highly recommend you to make payment via wire transfer to our HK bank account in your local currency. There will be bank charges of USD25-45 on each wire transfer received, it is advisable to group your orders and make payment once a week in order to save on the transaction fee. Clearance may take 2-4 working days depending on the location of funds remitted.

Alternatively, you can also pay via credit card or moneybookers which we will require further verification.
