Does the Camera/Camcorder comes with warranty?

There are 2 shipping location for the camera/ camcorders, namely Hong Kong (HK) and Malaysia (MY).
Cam/camcorder from HK does not come with any warranty by default but you have the option to add the warranty options when you placed order on our website. Generally, the warranty option only cost 3% of the product cost which will enable you to send back the products for us to repair if there is any problem with the products. However, kindly note that the warranty cost for very high end cam/camcorder could cost 7.5% of the product cost.
For products from MY, it will come with International warranty for most camera/camcorder but for selected models, it only comes with Asian Region Warranty (including Asia Pacific, Australia and New Zealand). A international warranty card / Asian region warranty card will be provided for these products, you can then get it repaired or serviced at your local service center.
