For selected model of camera and camcorders, it may come not with charger as the camera/camcorder is using the normal AA battery or firewire, therefore, the battery charger will not be provided.

When ordering, please check on the product content as displayed for each products, if it does not specify a camera charger in the product content then it should only come with a AA battery only.
