I have paid for the membership fee but I still have not received any login ID and Password?

If you have paid the membership fee via credit card, the approval process may take up to 3 days by the merchant. We will only email you the login info when your payment has been confirmed and approved by the bank. You can contact us via support ticket or email if you still did not receive the login details after 3 days. Pls provide us the mode of payment as well as the payment transaction ID so that we could verify your payment and advise you accordingly.
